Registered Manager - Children''s Residential Home Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST3) Salary: £50,000 per annum Bonus: £1,000 upon achieving Good or above Ofsted rating Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAn established children''s residential care provider is seeking a Registered Manager for a 4-bed EBD home currently rated GOOD by Ofsted.The home is operational and currently supports 2 young people.Duties:Register with Ofsted and maintain compliance with Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young peopleLead the day-to-day management of the homeOversee care planning and risk managementManage staffing levels, rotas and budgetsMaintain and improve Ofsted standardsRequirements:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards within required timeframe)Minimum 2 years'' experience in a children''s residential setting (within last 5 years)At least 1 year in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworkExperience supporting children with EBDOn-call: Rotational basis (2-3 days). ..... full job details .....
