An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager / Children''s Home Manager to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment.As a Registered Manager / Children''s Home Manager, you will be overseeing the daily running of a children''s residential home and ensuring the service operates to exceptional standards.This is a full-time role offering flexible working options, a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 and benefits.You will be responsible for:Provide strong leadership to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children.Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote positive outcomes for young people.Lead, motivate, and support staff, fostering continuous development and high performance.Ensure effective safeguarding procedures, prioritising the welfare and wellbeing of all children.Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, local authorities, and families.Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial sustainability.What we are looking forPreviously worked as a Children''s Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.Experience of 1 year supervising care staff within a childcare ..... full job details .....
