to lead our brand-new residential home for children and young people aged 8-18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, based in Northampton.About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading a dynamic new team committed to delivering the highest standards of care. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, guiding, and motivating staff as you work together to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for vulnerable young people. No two days will be the same — the role will come with its challenges, but it will always be rewarding and impactful.What We’re Looking For
Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and ManagementMinimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children’s residential settingPrevious management experience in a children’s home is highly desirableStrong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislationIn-depth understanding of safeguarding proceduresEnergetic, confident, and inspiring leadership skillsProficient with computer systems and ITHighly organised with excellent multitasking abilitiesWhat We Offer
