Atrium Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Manager on behalf of a children’s home supporting young people with EBD.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations

• Supervise and mentor a team of carers

• Ensure top standards in care and safeguarding

• Develop personalised therapeutic plans

• Maintain full Ofsted compliance

• Level 5 in Residential Child Care
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• UK driving licence
