Registered Manager - Children''s Residential (EBD)Location: Leicester Salary: 51,500 - 60,000 + 7,500 Welcome Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week Home Type: 3-bed Children''s Residential (EBD) Service Users: Young people aged 8-17About the RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children''s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations (2015) and Ofsted standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a stable service and drive positive outcomes for young people.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the residential home in line with regulatory and organisational standardsEnsure safeguarding and welfare of all young people is prioritised at all timesMaintain full Ofsted compliance, including inspections, audits, Reg 44 and Reg 45 reportingDevelop, support and supervise a high-performing staff teamManage staff performance, appraisals, training and developmentOversee care planning, risk assessments and behavioural support strategiesManage budgets, resources and occupancy levels effectivelyBuild strong relationships with local authorities, schools and external professionalsPromote a nurturing, therapeutic and homely environment for young peopleAct as the lead for safeguarding concerns, complaints and quality assuranceWhat We''re ..... full job details .....
