Registered Manager Children s Residential Home Staffordshire Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a valued client to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a children s residential home in Staffordshire supporting young people with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and SEN needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, supportive home with a strong focus on safeguarding, quality care, and achieving positive outcomes for young people. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the children s home Ensuring safeguarding and care standards remain fully compliant with Ofsted regulations Leading, mentoring, and developing the staff team Supporting young people within a structured and nurturing environment Managing audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements Building effective relationships with families and external professionals Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children s residential setting At least 3 years combined experience across Deputy Manager and Registered Manager positions Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted standards Experience supporting young people with LD/EBD/SEN needs Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or working towards) Salary and Benefits: Up to £60,000 salary Excellent joining bonus Supportive leadership environment Opportunity to make a genuine difference in young people s lives If you are interested in this Registered Manager ..... full job details .....
