Registered Manager (Childrens Home) - Ditchling Common £49,875 - £55,000 + up to £18,000 in bonuses A well-established therapeutic children''s residential care provider is expanding and seeking experienced, committed Registered Managers to lead one of their homes. You will lead and inspire your own team, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care, strong role models and a place children can truly call home. A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates willing to move for this role. This position offers a competitive base salary of £49,875 - £55,000, with the potential to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
