Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider with a small, established branch in Crawley.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, or a Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, to take ownership of a branch with clear potential to grow and develop.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with CQC requirements.Key responsibilities include:Overall operational management of the domiciliary care branchEnsuring compliance with CQC regulations and standardsStaff recruitment, supervision, and developmentManaging care quality, audits, and continuous improvementBuilding strong relationships with service users, families, and professionalsSupporting business growth and service developmentThe Ideal CandidateCurrently a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary careStrong understanding of CQC regulations and complianceConfident leader with good people-management skillsAmbitious, proactive, and keen to help grow a serviceLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (working towards/ or willing to)What''s on OfferSalary of £40,000 - £45,000Supportive provider and the chance to make the role your ownLong-term progression as the branch developsIf you''re looking for your next step in domiciliary care and want a role where you can ..... full job details .....
