Registered Manager – 3-Bed EBD Children’s Home

Location: Bristol
Salary: £46,202.89 – £53,402.89 + bonuses
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

An award-winning children''s services provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed EBD children''s home in Bristol, supporting mixed-gender placements.

£1,000 bonus for an Ofsted Outstanding outcome
£500 bonus for an Ofsted Good outcome

About the role

You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, leading the team and ensuring children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.

We are looking for someone with children''s residential management experience, strong safeguarding and Ofsted knowledge, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

Experienced Deputy Managers ready to step up are also encouraged to apply.
