Job Title: Registered Manager - Children''s Short Breaks Home (Social and Healthcare Qualified) - Permanent Location: Lawrence Weston, Bristol Salary: 53,051 per annum Contract Type: Permanent About the Role: We are excited to advertise the position of Registered Manager for our well-established Short Breaks Children''s Home. We are looking for a dedicated and creative person to take on this exciting management role in a home with a stable staff team, offering an Ofsted ''Good'' service to disabled children. The home provides care for up to 5 children at a time with varied needs, for children between the ages of 5 and 18 with severe learning disabilities and/or complex physical health needs. Each child is supported as an individual, with their needs and strengths considered by the staff team who tailor their support and care accordingly. The home is fully equipped to offer a variety of activities for the children to choose from, including sensory play, indoor and outdoor activities, cooking, and water play. The service also offers families the opportunity to have a break from their caring duties, to spend time with their other children, and to recharge their batteries. Key Responsibilities: Manage a staff team comprising a Deputy Manager, nurses, and Residential Child Care Workers.
