Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to -60,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent added bonuses!
Hours: Full time

Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a well established, medium sized nursing home located in the heart of Sleaford. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated-Registered Home Manager to join a compassionate team that delivers outstanding nursing, residential, and dementia care. Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:

• Oversee the smooth and effective daily running of the home
• Ensure compliance with CQC and NMC standards and regulations
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to maintain a high-quality care environment
• Deliver and monitor safe, person-centred care at all times

Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:

• Previous management experience within a residential/nursing home setting
• NMC Pin preferred OR NVQ Level3 & willingness to study for NVQ 5/7
