This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and confident leading clinical operations during night shifts. The successful Registered General Nurse (RGN) will play a key role in maintaining safe, effective, and responsive care while providing leadership and support to the night care team. About the Role As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care to residents with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, including those living with dementia. Working as the senior clinical professional on shift, you will lead and support Care Assistants, oversee the smooth running of the night service, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care at all times. You will use your clinical expertise and professional judgement to assess needs, make informed decisions, develop personalised care plans, and safely administer medication.
