Registered Care Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for our rapidly growing domiciliary care company based near Croydon. Established 10 years ago, we operate in the health and social care sector with aspirations to be a market leader in our area. As a domiciliary care organisation, we ensure people are well looked after in their own homes.

The RoleAs a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the delivery of care services

Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations

Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team

Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans

Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Growing the business, putting care first at all times

The CandidateThe ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:

Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - Level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it); Level 3 minimum

Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role

In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
