One of my clients, who are a reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced manager for one of the residential care homes they provide in Romford in East London. As the Registered Manager, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager and will ultimately be responsible for the overall management of the services. The role will consist of managing 2 small services which specialise in learning disabilities, autism and mental health. The services have a combination of 10 all female residents.

The Registered Manager will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care to the residents.

Candidate requirements:
- Registered Manager
- Strong learning disability and autism background
- NVQ L5
- Good CQC history
