At The Paddocks, we''re bringing that vision to life. The Paddocks is our purpose-built supported living service in Marston Green, Solihull. It has nine self-contained apartments, designed around the sensory needs of autistic people and people with learning disabilities. Seven people already call it home, and we''re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead what comes next. This is a rare chance to shape a newer service. There are new tenants and families to welcome, support plans to build through coproduction, and a fully staffed team to lead. The role As Registered Manager, you''ll be responsible for the quality, safety and culture of the service.
