Registered Building Inspector - Class 2D

Our client, a prominent London borough, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector - Class 2D to join their team on a contract basis. This role primarily involves overseeing building control within the buildings sector, demonstrating expertise in compliance and safety standards.

• Conducting six inspections per day over four days a week
• Ensuring that building projects comply with current regulations and standards
• Completing comprehensive reports on inspection findings
• Providing guidance on necessary corrective actions

• Managing and recording documentation related to inspections and approvals

• Experience in building control within the buildings sector
• Registration as a Building Inspector (Class 2D) is essential
