Regional Sales Manager Ophthalmic Lenses South Central Zest Optical is working in partnership with a global leader in ophthalmic lenses to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the South Central. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium manufacturer renowned for innovation, clinical excellence and cutting-edge lens technology. The position will cover the following postcode areas: OX, HP, LU, AL, RG, GU, SO, PO, BH and DT. This is a highly commercial role focused on developing new business while growing existing independent optical accounts across the region. You''ll work with practice owners and key decision makers to introduce industry-leading lens solutions, build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable sales growth. Regional Sales Manager - Role Manage and develop a territory across the South Central, driving sales growth and market share. Identify and win new independent optical accounts through proactive business development. Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise account performance. Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations to practice owners and dispensing teams. Promote premium ophthalmic lens technologies and value-added solutions. Develop strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to increase product penetration and profitability.
