We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Area Sales Manager on behalf of an established and expanding business operating within the forklift and materials handling sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and confident dealing with people, but wants the training and support to develop into a successful field-based sales professional. THE OPPORTUNITY You will join an established sales operation and receive full training on the forklift and materials handling industry, products and sales process. Initially working alongside experienced sales professionals, you will learn how to identify opportunities, generate new business, develop customer relationships and ultimately manage your own sales territory across Hampshire and Dorset. This isn''t simply a telesales position. The role will develop into a genuine field-based Area Sales position, with responsibility for winning new customers and growing existing accounts. There is a clear career path for the right person, with the opportunity to progress into a fully autonomous Area Sales Manager role.
