Regional Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager (Area Manager) to work for a national charity supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. They put people at the centre of everything they do, ensuring the support provided truly meets their needs. Job Title: Regional Operations Manager Location: Lewisham, Newham and Hackney. You will be based at the Deptford office with regular travel to different services and sites. Contract: Permanent Salary: £49,669.22 per annum (Plus £2,600 London weighting) Hours: Full time Closing Date: 11th February 2026 About the Role As Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for services in Lewisham, Newham and Hackney. You will support, coach, and guide the service managers and teams to deliver high-quality care that reflects the values and mission of the charity. You will oversee the day to day running of several services that support adults with learning disabilities, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and that the people supported receive the best care possible.
