We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the smooth running of our internal operations and ensure strong governance and compliance as we grow and evolve our national impact. This pivotal role will lead and coordinate core operational functions -spanning charity governance, finance, procurement and supplier management, HR, and the development and implementation of policies and processes that underpin organisational success.
