Position: Regional Manager
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Company commissions!
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Regional Manager:

• Collaborate with & manage Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes
• Maintain and promote the highest standards of care and compliance
• Oversee the smooth and efficient running of operations
• Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and best practices
• Support team development, engagement, and retention

Requirements as a Regional Manager:

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a senior management role within a nursing or residential care setting
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) OR a valid NMC pin
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness and ability to travel across sites
