This role is fundamental to Jasmine''s mission and objectives. It will lead up to six Home Managers and ensure high standards of care by overseeing operations, quality, and performance across care homes. This role bridges the Leadership Support Team (LST) and individual care home managers.Competencies

Minimum of two years'' recent experience as a Regional Manager of at least four elderly nursing or residential care homesNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7OR a qualified registered nurse with active PINFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel frequently (including 80+ miles per day, as needed)Lives within 60 minutes of the Jasmine Support Hub (NG34 7EQ)Comfortable using technology (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems)Preferred Requirements
