Regional Manager Brighton, Southampton and Oxford Location: Regional role covering Brighton, Southampton and OxfordReports to: Chief Operating OfficerSalary: Up to £60,000 per annum + performance bonusHours: Full-time, PermanentThe Opportunity SF Partners is working exclusively with our client, a growing legal services organisation, to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across three established branches in Brighton, Southampton, and Oxford.This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the commercial performance, operational excellence, and people leadership across the region. The successful candidate will lead multiple Branch Managers and their teams of Legal Advisors and Administrators, driving productivity, service quality, client satisfaction, compliance, and sustainable revenue growth.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position requiring regular travel between branches.
