Regional Manager

Stephen James Consulting continues to work with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to support a portfolio of five residential, dementia and nursing homes across the Essex region. This is a pivotal leadership role, and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a key role in supporting Home Managers, maintaining exceptional care standards, driving quality improvements, along with contributing to the long term success of the operational outcomes across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Providing leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes Providing strong clinical leadership to support safe, effective and person-centred care Supporting and developing Home Managers to deliver high-quality services Driving improvements in CQC outcomes, clinical governance and regulatory compliance Monitoring performance, identifying risk, and implementing corrective action plans Supporting services through clinical, staffing and operational challenges Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectives To be considered for this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Regional Manager within elderly care Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN - Not Essential Strong track record of improving quality, stabilising services and supporting Home Managers Excellent ..... full job details .....
