Regional Manager

A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead Hard FM operations across a portfolio of military sites throughout Cambridgeshire.
This home-based role carries responsibility for operational performance, a budget of approximately £26m, commercial outcomes and large multi-site teams delivering critical maintenance and infrastructure services.
The Role
As the Regional Manager, you''ll:

• Lead Hard FM operations across a complex, multi-site Defence portfolio.
• Manage an annual regional budget of approximately £26m.
• Oversee planned maintenance, reactive works and additional service delivery.
• Drive operational performance against contractual, commercial and financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Lead and develop teams while maintaining safety, compliance and service standards.

About You
To be successful as the Regional Manager, you''ll have:

• Strong operational leadership experience within Hard FM, construction or engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-site operations, budgets and large teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for financial and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ideally, an HND or equivalent Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
• Ideally, SMSTS, NEBOSH or another management-level health and safety qualification.

Defence or MOD experience, CDM knowledge and experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo would be advantageous.
