This role drives profitable and ambitious growth by leading customer services, operations, and Health and Safety performance with significant autonomy, while fostering business development, maximising efficiencies, and building a future pipeline of opportunities aligned with financial targets.The Regional Manager sets strategic direction, develops leaders in a fast-paced environment, and drives continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer needs.
