Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Regional Human Resources Business PartnerWe are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategy with business priorities and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience. This role will work with local HR teams across the UK, Europe, Egypt, and South Africa to drive consistency and alignment in HR practices throughout the region.
What you’ll be doingDirect responsibilities include partnering with leadership to design and implement HR strategies, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, overseeing employee relations and compliance, leading core talent processes (performance management, leadership development, succession planning), supporting organizational change and culture initiatives, standardizing HR policies across the region, managing administrative HR tasks (onboarding/offboarding, contract generation, records maintenance), and acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support overall organizational goals.
Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention to ensure operational continuity and capability.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies to foster a positive, legally compliant work environment.
Lead core talent processes including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to build future-ready teams.
Support organizational change, cultural transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Standardize HR policies and practices across the region, ensuring consistent application and adherence.
Manage administrative HR responsibilities, such as onboarding/offboarding, contract generation, and maintaining personnel records for operational excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and ensure efficient execution of foundational HR processes and services.
Qualifications
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
5+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally in a multinational or regional setting
Strong grasp of HR best practices, talent management, and workforce planning
Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across the region
Proven experience in employee relations, performance, and succession planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders
Experience leading change, shaping culture, and driving engagement initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
