This interim role involves shaping and delivering practical people solutions to support day-to-day operations, reporting to the Board and leading a lean HR function. Focus on ensuring HR activity translates into tangible outcomes across offices, sites and regional teams.Responsibilities

Lead the HR function and act as a reliable, responsive partner to the business.Support attraction and retention for site-based roles.Ensure supervisors and managers are equipped to lead their teams effectively.Build clear and workable career pathways and align workforce planning with operational requirements.Translate HR activity into tangible outcomes across offices, sites and regional teams.Qualifications

Experienced HR leader with credibility and resilience, and a strong record of delivering HR operations in complex, operational environments.Sector experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or similar is highly relevant.Pragmatic, action-oriented and confident working at pace.Details
