Regional Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Regional Facilities Manager with a strong background in Retail Facilities Management? A leading Facilities Management organisation is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail sites across the Home Counties and Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a mobile engineering team, drive operational performance and build strong client relationships across a busy regional contract. The Role As the Regional Facilities Manager, you''ll: Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a regional retail portfolio. Manage and develop a mobile engineering team to ensure high standards of service delivery. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, SLAs and KPIs across all sites. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams. Manage budgets and support commercial performance across the region. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Support senior operational leadership and provide cover when required. Participate in an on-call rota to support operational escalations. You To be successful in the role of Regional Facilities Manager, you''ll bring: Proven experience managing Hard FM services within a retail environment.
