Facilities Manager (Commercial Property Portfolio) Location: Central London Salary: £55,000 Contract: Permanent, Full Time We re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality commercial office buildings across Central London. This is a varied, hands-on management role with responsibility for maintaining excellent standards across building services, maintenance, health and safety, security, cleaning and overall presentation. You ll act as a key point of contact for occupiers, contractors and internal property teams, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption. What you ll be doing Building and facilities management Maintain buildings to an excellent standard, ensuring they remain safe, secure, compliant and attractive to occupiers. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across building fabric, MandE and associated services. Conduct regular building and works inspections, identifying defects, risks and snagging items. Follow outstanding issues through to resolution within agreed timescales. Coordinate minor decoration, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Support larger property projects and tenant-requested works. Identify opportunities to improve building performance, service quality and efficiency. Coordinate essential services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste and recycling.
