Our Automotive Accident Repair client are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Manager to lead their team towards achieving operational excellence and driving business growth, Ideally you''d be based in the London area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance and achieve business objectives.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on team progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of team members to build a skilled workforce.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and resources.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
