Bodyshop Manager

Kolt Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to join a busy, well-established Accident Repair Centre in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in accident repair and workshop management to take ownership of daily operations, drive performance, and deliver first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians, estimators, and administrative staff.
• Maintain high standards of repair quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive profitability through effective cost control, planning, and workflow management.
• Monitor performance KPIs including throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with insurance companies, work providers, and customers.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.

Experience-

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a senior leadership role within an Accident Repair Centre.
• Strong technical knowledge of accident repair processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and maximise profit.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
