Regional AC ManagerPermanent 65,000 - 80,000 + Package3D Personnel are working with a growing multi-disciplined MandE contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Regional AC Manager to establish, develop and lead a new Air Conditioning and Heat Pump division.This is a senior appointment with responsibility for building the division, developing its client base, delivering projects and creating a specialist Air Conditioning, HVAC and Air Source Heat Pump capability within the wider MandE business.Supported by an established MandE operation and a leading construction contractor, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to create and grow a specialist division covering installation, projects, service and maintenance.The position would suit an experienced Air Conditioning or HVAC professional who has progressed into management and has the commercial ability, industry relationships and technical knowledge required to build a successful business unit.The RoleAs Regional AC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company''s Air Conditioning and Heat Pump offering, including:Establishing and growing a specialist Air Conditioning, HVAC and ASHP divisionDeveloping new business through your existing industry and client networkIdentifying opportunities across the company''s existing construction and MandE client baseSecuring AC, HVAC and heat pump installation, replacement and maintenance projectsDeveloping the company''s Air Source Heat Pump ..... full job details .....
