Recycling Operatives

We are currently recruiting for a number or Recycling Operatives to join our clients growing team. This role will involve sorting and processing recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort recyclable materials including paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard.
• Operate recycling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure materials are correctly separated.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recycling, warehouse, production, or waste management environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
