Recycling Operatives

We are currently recruiting for a number or Recycling Operatives to join our clients growing team. This role will involve sorting and processing recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Sort recyclable materials including paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard. Operate recycling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure materials are correctly separated. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations. Assist with loading and unloading materials where required. Requirements Previous experience in a recycling, warehouse, production, or waste management environment is desirable but not essential. Ability to work in a physically demanding role and remain on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
