Recycling and Waste Operations Manager

An established organisation is seeking an experienced Recycling and Waste Operations Manager on a 6 month fixed-term contract, to oversee its waste and recycling operations and play a key role in the ongoing development of its services.This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable operational leader to take responsibility for a large frontline team, enhance service delivery and contribute to important environmental goals, including improving recycling performance and reducing waste.The successful candidate will bring a strong background in operational management, ideally gained within waste management, recycling or a comparable frontline service environment, alongside the ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
