Recycling and Waste Operations Manager Location: Oxford, OxfordshireSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceContract: 6 month temporary contractThe Opportunity We are working with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Recycling and Waste Operations Manager to lead and develop its waste and recycling services.This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader to manage a large frontline workforce, drive service improvements and support ambitious recycling, sustainability and waste reduction targets.Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a large operational team, ensuring effective resource planning and service delivery Oversee waste and recycling collection, transfer and disposal operations Drive operational performance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Manage budgets, fleet, assets and resources effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory requirements Develop staff, maintain positive employee relations and build strong stakeholder partnerships Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, develop services and generate additional revenue About You You will have a proven track record in operational management, ideally within waste management, recycling or a similar frontline service environment.You will also bring: Experience leading and developing large teams Strong operational, financial and resource management skills Experience delivering projects and improving service performance A ..... full job details .....
