As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and produce clear, compelling job adverts. Identifying and engaging potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment events. Overseeing the full recruitment journey, from initial screening and interviews through to candidate selection and providing hiring recommendations. Developing and maintaining talent pools to support both immediate and future recruitment needs, whilst ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout. Managing recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers, ensuring partnerships deliver an effective and commercially focused service.
