About the Role As Internal Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the attraction and recruitment of high-quality talent across a range of business functions. You ll work closely with managers and senior leaders to build talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the organisation s employer brand. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions. Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment events. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, coordinating selection and making hiring recommendations.
