Recruitment Resourcer

We are a busy recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering 24-hour services to the transport and logistics sector. The agency now requires a recruitment resourcer to support and primarily find drivers for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.Hours and work patterns5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak periods in the transport and logistics industry.Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.Main DutiesSourcing new and former drivers for the agencyCarrying out database and job board searchesMarketing and placing driver recruitment advertisementsInterviewing and checking the suitability of candidatesAssisting other agency members of the team when neededAd-hoc duties as necessaryRequirementsOne year of office-based recruitment agency experienceHigh level of spoken EnglishProfessional telephone mannerLogistically mindedPunctuality, flexibility, and professionalismComputer skills - Word and Excel proficient, Joined Up desirableTyping, spelling, and good knowledge of spreadsheetsMust be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our businessKnowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageousIf you would like to be considered for this role, apply online or call Teresa on (phone number ..... full job details .....
