This pivotal role will support the recruitment of both white-collar resources and direct project labour across the business. Collaborating closely with the Labour Manager and HR team, the Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for attracting and engaging high-quality candidates to fulfil current and future labour and support function requirements. Key Responsibilities: Source direct project labour requirements to align with project demands and business needs. Assist the Labour Manager in fulfilling blue-collar recruitment requirements. Proactively headhunt skilled labour and generic roles using various sourcing methods such as online databases, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. Build and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support ongoing recruitment needs. Create and manage compelling job advertisements across recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
