We''re growing and looking for the right person to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer. We''re not interested in being the biggest agency in the room. We''re interested in being the best. For us, that means: Quality over quantity Good people over big egos Long-term relationships over quick wins The role will involve finding and speaking with candidates, understanding what they are looking for, matching them with suitable opportunities and supporting our recruitment consultants. You will play an important part in delivering a great service to our candidates and clients while helping HSB Technical continue to grow. Recruitment experience? Great. No recruitment experience?
