About youIf you are already working as a Recruitment Resourcer and enjoy the candidate side of recruitment, this could be a really good opportunity for you.We are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in South Manchester, where you will be working with professionals across the construction sector.You will already understand how recruitment works and be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to candidates and finding the right people for the roles you are working on.You do not need to have construction recruitment experience. We are happy to consider someone from another recruitment sector, as long as you have genuine experience working as a Resourcer and understand what good candidate management looks like.Your experienceYou must have previous experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer.You will need to be confident sourcing candidates, speaking to them about their experience and understanding whether they are suitable for the opportunities you are recruiting for.You should be organised and comfortable managing multiple candidates and vacancies at the same time.
