Everpool Recruitment are a growing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in providing exceptional staffing solutions to the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, we re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Resourcer to join our high-performing team. What you ll be doing: Sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists etc.) using job boards, social media, and internal databases Conducting outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates, screening CVs, posting job adverts and assessing suitability for live vacancies Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline Supporting Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration Meeting daily and weekly activity targets (calls, CVs sent, interviews arranged) What we re looking for: Experience in sales, telesales, or a phone-based customer service role is essential Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to progress Ability to work at pace and stay organised under pressure Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential full training provided What s in ..... full job details .....
