Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

Everpool Recruitment are a growing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in providing exceptional staffing solutions to the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Resourcer to join our high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists etc.) using job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Conducting outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates, screening CVs, posting job adverts and assessing suitability for live vacancies
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration
• Meeting daily and weekly activity targets (calls, CVs sent, interviews arranged)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in sales, telesales, or a phone-based customer service role is essential
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to progress
• Ability to work at pace and stay organised under pressure
• Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential – full training provided
