A Confident and accurate Recruitment Payroll Administrator and Resourcer is required for a fast paced and busy employment agency. ( Ourselves) Monday to Friday 08.15am to 17.00 Full Time Office Based Main Duties : The processing and calculations of a large weekly payroll Databases Management Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Sage Payroll 50 DBS Checks, Cloud based scanning, Full Administration Duties , Interviewing Candidates, Social Media Management and Responses , Telephone Based Interviews + Interviews within the office, Audits and Visa Checks No two days are ever the same. This is a position that will teach you knowledge and skills that will remain with you for your lifetime. Salary package is dependant on the individual, and the level of previous experience on sage payroll If you have payroll or administration experience in any of the following industries ; for the following industries, this would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Care and Medical , Construction; Security, LGV Drivers; Office; Catering ; Industrial, I.T , Commercial Office, Facilities Management This is a very busy position full time office based position , and good teamwork skills is an essential.
