International Payroll and Benefits Manager

A global professional services company are currently looking to hire an International Payroll and Benefits Manager to join them on a permanent basis- this is high profile role within the company and will report directly into senior management.This role will manage a small team and be responsible for the accurate delivery of UK and EMEA payrolls As the International Payroll and Benefits Manager you will be responsible for:Coordination of both UK and EMEA payrollsWorking with in-country partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of EMEA payrollsResolving any payroll related queriesAdministering P60s, P11Ds and PSAsPayroll reconciliationsProducing payroll related journalsPayroll auditingManaging benefits schemes across UK and EMEAManaging a small team- carrying out one to ones/ appraisals/ setting out training and development plans It would be highly desirable if candidates hold the full CIPP qualification.
