What You''ll Be Doing Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings Building great relationships with candidates and clients Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service What We''re Looking For We''re looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment Confident using computers and learning new systems Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods such as Easter, Summer and Christmas Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays Shift Pattern This is a full-time, office-based position.
