Recruitment Operations Coordinator

R&V Group Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our friendly team.

No previous recruitment experience? No problem – we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings
• Building great relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date
• Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered
• Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods such as Easter, Summer and Christmas
• Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays

Shift Pattern

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Rotating shifts include:

• 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required on a rota basis.
