We''re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, develop and support our recruitment team while working closely with our Directors to drive business growth. The Role This is a hands-on management role combining team leadership with a small recruitment desk (around two placements per month). You''ll coach and develop Recruitment Consultants, monitor performance, improve processes and help shape the future growth of the business while leading by example. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants. Conduct regular coaching, one-to-ones and performance reviews. Lead daily morning team meetings and afternoon performance reviews to support communication, focus and continuous improvement across the team. Drive team KPIs, billings and overall performance. Support consultants with business development, key accounts and difficult vacancies. Manage your own recruitment desk and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
